Nubian-1-1 Construction Limited is organized to deliver expertise for Building Construction, Civil Engineering Works and Construction Project Management through integration, inclusion and teamwork. In developing and implementing projects, it is common for our principals and other professionals to operate as a seamless team across areas of focus. We seek consistently to organize our resources to best serve clients in meeting their individual or organizational goals and objectives.

Our management team comprises two Civil Engineers and an Industrial Engineer. This unique structure allows constant assessment and improvement of our construction practices and management procedures, subsequently improving the cost effectiveness and quality of the construction product, which will ultimately benefit our clients.

The Company’s directors, site engineers and supervisor are fully qualified and trained by recognized engineering institutions, Nubian-1’s work force consists of a vastly experienced team of trade subcontractor and artisans, all of whom in conjunction with supervisory and technical staff strive for furtherance of the Company’s management, construction, engineering and quality standards.
